Day 1 - Enjoy breathtaking sunsets overlooking the Ashley River and experience Southern Hospitality at its best during your stay at the Howard Johnson Riverfront. After checking in, you can relax around the pool or enjoy strolling along the banks of the Ashley River while visiting Brittlebank Park.

Dinner will be an experience itself at High Cotton, one of Charleston's best restaurants. After dinner, step into Charleston's haunted past with Charleston's World Famous Ghost & Voodoo Walking Tours. Charleston's legendary hauntings have been well documented by the thousands, and now you will experience first-hand what so many already know - the dead do not rest!

After the leisurely pace of your first day, you will begin day 2 or day three with an early start. With a two or three day tour, enjoy at your convenience a bus tour provided by Taylored Tours. This two hour bus tour includes 90 minutes of Charleston history followed by a half hour guided tour of a historic house museum. You may choose from the Edmondston-Alston House c.1825, Nathaniel Russell House c.1808, or the Heyward-Washington House c.1817. Tours depart from your hotel, the City Market or the Charleston Visitors Center. Lunch will be enjoyed at one of Charleston's premier restaurants, Joseph's.

After lunch, hop aboard SpiritLine Water Tours for a relaxing non-stop tour of Charleston Harbor, departing from Patriot's Point. This tour is a must for a real Charleston experience. After your tour, enjoy dinner at Slightly North of Broad.
