Charleston Runaways Terms of AgreementsVacation Packages- We will contact you within 48 hours to confirm your vacation upon receipt of deposit with hotel verification number and all other vacation package information. When payment in full is received we will UPS Next Day Air your vacation package with all vouchers for hotel, meals and all other attractions with all relevant contact information. At hotel check in, you will be required to present a valid drivers license or passport. For your security, the hotel clerk will also require to present credit card used for booking your vacation package. Charleston Runaways.com Inc. has the right to refuse booking a package pending hotels occupancy. In event, Charleston Runaways will contact you and make every effort to transfer your package to one of our other hotels. Transferring your package to another hotel may change rate of vacation package. All vacation packages may only be booked and or transferred thru Charleston Runaways.com Inc.Payment- At the time of booking your vacation package, a 25% deposit is required. The balance you owe must be paid 15 days before your arrival date. If you chose to pay by Certified Check for your entire package, we will deduct $25 dollars from your package. Charleston Runaways.com Inc. will contact you 20 days before your arrival date for a reminder of balance due. If you are booking your package 15 days before your arrival date payment must be paid in full at time of booking by sending a Certified Check priority mail, saving $25, or call during office hours 8:00am to 4:00pm to pay by credit card. Cancellations- 15 days prior to your arrival date we will gladly refund your deposit minus $100 surcharge or you may choose to reschedule your vacation up to 3 months pending hotel occupancy; this may also change your package rate. Cancellations made after your vacation package has been sent to you, require all material received to be returned to Charleston Runaways.com Inc. by overnight mail before the scheduled vacation date. A refund of 80% of your vacation package will be sent upon receipt of all materials sent to you. If you do not return all materials received before your first vacation date you will be charged for the full amount of your vacation package. Vouchers- Vouchers for hotels, meals and all other attractions may not be transferred or redeemed for cash or used by anyone other than the persons purchasing a vacation package. Gratuities are also not included. There are no refunds on any unused portion/vouchers of your vacation package. All vouchers are only valid during your vacation dates. Vouchers are not replaceable if lost. Vouchers for dinner are $75,lunch $25. All other vouchers to attractions are as described in your vacation package. Weather along the South Carolina Coast is unpredictable. Charleston Runaways.com Inc. will transfer your vacation package at no cost to you; pending hotels occupancy, in event of evacuations or hurricanes up to 3 months from originally scheduled vacation date.
